Celebrities, models, designers and editors were out in full force last night at the ‘Schiaparelli and Prada: Impossible Conversations’ 2012 Costume Institute Gala in New York. From Coco Rocha in her now infamous vintage Givenchy ensemble (previously owned by Elizabeth Taylor), to Karlie Kloss in a pink number by Jason Wu (possibly my favourite of the evening), the fashion elite certainly brought their best to one of the most glamorous events of the year.

Alexa’s Super(ga) New Campaign

In my mind, Alexa Chung can do no wrong. She’s the epitome of cool. Just take a look at these pictures, and you’ll agree! This is Alexa starring in Italian shoe brand Superga’s spring/summer campaign, which she was also the creative director of. When Superga asked her to do this, off she went to Miami with photographer Guy Aroch and the following snaps are the result of their collaboration. I dig the vintage-inspired feel to it, and the shoes aren’t too shabby either!

Oscars 2012: Best Dressed

Overall, I wasn’t incredibly impressed with the gown choices seen at the Academy Awards this year, although there were a few that managed to make a fashionable entrance. Such as the lovely Michelle Williams in an amazing coral Louis Vuitton gown. She is definitely number one on my list this year, followed by these other very classy ladies (in no particular order):
